Sara Schneider

Info: Sara Schneider holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The Eastman School of Music and a Master’s Degree from the Carnegie Mellon University School of Music in Violin Performance. She performs with the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra, along with the Baltimore Chamber Orchestra, National Philharmonic Orchestra, and many other ensembles. Her students are continuously awarded concertmaster and other top seats in the Maryland Classic Youth Orchestras and American Youth Philharmonic Orchestras.

Info: My violin journey began at the age of four years old. By the young age of twelve, I began teaching violin. In 2022, I received a B.S. in Music from Bob Jones University studying violin. Through my time at college, I participated in many music groups and had the opportunity to travel, performing on the weekends. My experience ranges from being concertmaster of the symphony orchestra at the university I attended, to fiddling in bluegrass and Celtic bands. Info: Kristin is on faculty at the Annapolis Symphony Academy and the Apex program at Broadneck HS, and performs as Associate Principal 2nd Violin with Annapolis Symphony Orchestra. She teaches all levels beginner to advanced, using a combination of Suzuki Method (she is certified through Book 4) and traditional books/techniques. Her students have gone on to be selected as principals in Anne Arundel All County Orchestra, and accepted to college music programs at Berklee, UMD, and Towson.
